P++ Performance Plus Plus Inc.
P++ is a privately held Canadian company incorporated in January 1993 in Ontario, Canada.
Over the years, the company provided IT and management consulting services in Canada, USA, and the Middle East. We served clients across several sectors including financial institutions, private and public companies, and government agencies.
In March of 2016, our founder Dr. Alaa Serry turned 65 and became officially a Senior citizen! At that time, he decided to do something different, so we started Project 65.
Since then and in addition to consulting practices, most of our resources were dedicated to this project and to help our aging population. Project65 uses state-of-the-art technologies to help seniors age gracefully using smart technologies.

This consulting engagement was conducted from July 3rd to September 12th, 2022. Our final report identified issues and challenges facing the company and presented management executives with a Two-phase approach going forward to re-align TeleTech to better capitalize on digital transformation opportunities in Egypt and potentially those in Middle East.
